| The Council On Aging assists Rockland's senior citizens with any problems and encourages participation in events and activities. Our objectives are: |
To identify the total needs of the elderly population of the community. To educate the community and enlist support and participation of the citizens about their needs. To implement services. To cooperate with the MA Executive Office and Elder Affairs, and to be cognizant of State and Federal legislation programs regarding elders.

Starting November 1st, we are able to process applications for Fuel Assistance. If you were not able to use this
program last year, please recheck this year as the Federal guidelines change each year. Please call the COA office at
781-871-1266 for an appointment and list of the documentation you will need to bring with you.
