Residents can obtain a RRC permit at the Rockland Assessors Office.
THE ROCKLAND RECYCLING CENTER WILL BE CLOSED
The RRC will be closed on Sunday, December 24, 2023 & Monday, December 25, 2023 and will reopen Thursday, December 28, 2023
